Band 5 Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner - Bath

We are looking to recruit a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner to support those with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. We are an approachable, friendly and welcoming team dedicated to providing excellent care to our local population.

We are a team consisting of Consultant's Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses, Clinical Associate Psychologists, MHWP's and recovery coordinators. We are in an exciting period of transformation and developing our treatment offers to service user's with severe and enduring mental health conditions., To work alongside service users, families, carers and multi-disciplinary team members to co-ordinate care, supporting collaborative decision-making about care and treatment.

We are the lead provider of healthcare for people with serious mental illness, learning disabilities and autism across Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES), Swindon and Wiltshire, and Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
