Medicines Management & Patient Service Technician - Older Adult Service (18.75 hours/week)

If you're passionate, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!, As a Medicines Management & Patient Service Technician, you will provide a specialist, patient-focused technical pharmacy service in both inpatient and community settings.

Your responsibilities will include dispensing and checking medications, managing stock control, and overseeing medicines reconciliation at Level 2.

You will play a key role in coordinating the workflow in the dispensary, supporting the pharmacy assistants, and maintaining high standards of medicines management across various teams. Additionally, you'll provide advice and support to patients and staff, ensuring safe and effective use of medications, while developing your skills in a technician-led dispensary.
