Main duties of the job

The role involves being an integral part of the Immunisation team at Children and Family Health Surrey (CFHS), administering vaccines in community settings, including schools. Main responsibilities include delivering immunisation programmes, maintaining vaccine stocks, acting as Lead Nurse, and participating in policy development. It's essential to communicate effectively with families and provide evidence-based immunisation advice. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with experience in children's care, knowledgeable in NHS issues, and skilled in communication and IT. A driving licence for business use is required.
