Are you an experienced facilities professional with a passion for delivering high-quality patient environments and leading teams to excellence? BCHC are seeking an ambitious and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our Estates & Facilities Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead housekeeping and soft facilities services that directly support patient care, wellbeing and recovery across our healthcare environments., You will be responsible for:

Leading and managing Housekeeping Supervisors, Team Leaders and Facilities staff.
Ensuring compliance with national standards, CQC requirements and infection prevention standards.
Managing staff recruitment, induction, training, attendance, performance and development.
Overseeing food safety, allergen management, nutrition and hydration services.
Monitoring budgets, expenditure, stock control and value-for-money initiatives.
Managing service quality, responding to complaints and implementing service improvements.
