Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Performing appropriate clinical assessments and designing and implementing safe and progressive exercise treatment schedules for all patients. Communicating effectively with patients to ensure informed consent for treatment, good understanding of their conditions and maximising their rehabilitation potential. Keeping a record of all specific treatments given and patient's progression/regression in respect of such treatments on Defence Medical Information Capability Program (DMICP) in accordance with the Standards of Proficiency to Practice (SPP). Reporting any findings to the Medical Officer or Physiotherapist. Developing and maintaining of their own personal service, and professional standards to the highest attainable levels. Providing clinical reports to assist in the comprehensive discharge planning for both referring source and ongoing patient care under other health professionals. For further information on

The lesson plan will be geared towards lower limb patients conducting either a balance and proprioception, functional movement, or hydrotherapy lesson.
