Full Job Description

We currently have a secondment opportunity for a Band 5 Community Nurse working 37.5 hours per week in Buckley District Nursing Team. The post requires that the successful candidate is a registered nurse with evidence of continued professional development. They should be enthusiastic, work within the team, whilst having the ability to work independently. The successful applicant will require an awareness of the evolving role within District Nursing. The successful applicants will need to have excellent communication skills with an ability to provide clinically effective care within the District Nurse Team. Main duties of the job Our aim is to provide quality, planned care for the patients. The post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care in the community.
