Band 5 Community Children's Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established team of Community Children's Nurses in Birmingham. This is a city wide service that offers specialist nursing support to children & families with a variety of complex physical health needs., You will be required to work in conjunction with the Children's Rapid Response Service whose aim is to prevent a hospital admission and the Children's Palliative Care Team in supporting parents, carers and children with life limiting conditions and in the terminal phase.

The post holder will be responsible for a defined caseload of children delivering high quality nursing care according to agreed standards which are set and monitored.
