Band 4 PA/Secretary - Neurology Administration Team

Summary

A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

To support the Clinical Nurse Manager/Matron in the maintenance and development of administrative services by providing a high level reliable and confidential personal assistant service. The primary purpose of the role is to alleviate the administrative workload of the management team within Specialty Services. The post holder will also proactively identify any areas of improvement and development of administrative and clerical support systems and procedures, consistent with a modern, professional mental health service.

The post holder will be responsible for providing a secretarial service within Specialty Services, co-ordinating day-to-day diary management of the Clinical Nurse Manager and Matron.
