Band 4 Occupational Therapy Assistant

Are you passionate about empowering children to fulfil their potential in daily occupations such as self-care, school and leisure?, As an OT Assistant you will be required to:

Supporting the implementation of universal, targeted, and specialist interventions.

Contribute towards the development and delivery of training packages which consider key areas such as sensory processing, motor skills and self-care skills.

Support the implementation of recommendations made by occupational therapists, Monitor outcomes and gather feedback.

Assist qualified occupational therapists in preparing reports and recommendations

Be able to work within Trust policies

We welcome applications from experienced Band 4 OTAs who have experience working with children with additional needs., Have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Have high organisation and time management skills

Work under the guidance of a qualified Occupational Therapist seeking support as required.
