Full Job Description

Do you understand the clinical needs of people with learning disabilities and autistic people who are experiencing mental health difficulties? If you are prepared to deliver evidence-based change to implement clinical service delivery, this role offers a rare and exciting career opportunity to be part of our new service implementation., To support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation and intervention within the inpatient service. This will include a focus on supporting and implementing the delivery of trauma-informed Positive Behaviour Support, and collaborative working with other members of the service such as our Peer Support Practitioners. To contribute to relevant workstreams including EDI, quality improvement and research. To support the facilitation of continuing professional development events and training, as appropriate to the role. To support the delivery of the Psychological Therapies service as a whole.

You will be joining a passionate and supportive team, with extensive opportunities for supervision, support, and professional development.
