Full Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Band 3 Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Staff Seasonal Vaccination team.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Trust's Staff Seasonal Vaccination Programme by managing vaccination data, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the smooth operational running of the campaign. Core hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, with flexibility required to support service needs.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Fixed Term Contract: 01 October 2026 - 27 February 2026Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Base: Watford General Hospital, with cross-site working to support roving clinics., You will be responsible for the accurate collection, entry and management of staff vaccination data, ensuring all records are maintained securely and in line with confidentiality requirements.
Key aspects of the role include:Data entry and validation across multiple systems.Collecting, collating and scanning vaccination records.Monitoring data quality, identifying trends and resolving discrepancies.Producing regular updates and reports on vaccination uptake.Managing inbox queries and supporting communication with peer vaccinators.Providing administrative support to the vaccination campaign.
You will need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise workload and confidence working under pressure to meet deadlines.
