West London NHS Trust is seeking a committed and compassionate Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team.   • Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centred care.
  • Support patients with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and comfort needs.
  • Promote and preserve patient dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure safe manual handling and adherence to patient safety protocols
  • Clinical Support:
  • Perform, record, and report clinical observations, including:
  • + Vital signs (BP, pulse, respirations, temperature) + Blood glucose monitoring + Oxygen saturation
  • Support the implementation of care plans under the supervision of registered staff.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely within the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including nurses, doctors, AHPs, and students.
  • Participate in handover, ward meetings, and communication processes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture and help promote best practice.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Manage delegated administrative tasks that support smooth ward functioning
