Full Job Description
We havean opportunityforan experiencedBand 3 HCSW to develop their skillswitha12 monthsecondment starting 13 July 2026 in theTrauma and Orthopaedic Ambulatory Care Unit(TOACU). The unittakes referrals through Orthopaedic on call Registrars from Poole and Bournemouth ED and the Urgent carecentre. This is a part time role (34.5 hours per week). TOACU is open 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and the successful candidate would be required to work 2 Saturdays during each 4 week rota. The role of the HCSW is todemonstratecare,compassionand UHD Values. The post holder will support the trained nurse and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of the highest standard of patient centred care.
