The successful candidate will be able to prioritise a varied workload, work independently using their own initiative and remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. If you are adaptable, customer-focused and passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care within an innovative community respiratory service, we would love to hear from you.,

- Coordinate clinic bookings, appointments and patient pathways, ensuring efficient use of capacity.
- Act as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, GP practices and external organisations.
- Manage telephone enquiries, accurately record and relay messages, and escalate urgent information as required.
- Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, responding to and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems in line with Trust policies and NHS standards.
- Establish and maintain effective administrative processes to support service delivery.
- Liaise with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate timely patient care and pathway progression.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation, take minutes, and monitor completion of follow-up actions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including typing and distributing clinical and non-clinical letters.
- Produce reports and activity data as required and support service improvement initiatives.
- Prioritise workloads effectively, working independently and collaboratively within a busy environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
