Band 2 Patient Dining Assistant- Weekend Staff (SAT-SUN)

To help prepare, pack and deliver meals and catering supplies as required to wards and other service areas. To manage the 3 main meals services, 5 daily beverage rounds including 2 snack services as delivered by the Ward Host/ess.

To assist with general duties in Patient Services Department packing areas, cold rooms, dishwashing area, Staff Restaurant, Hospitality and associated areas.

To be responsible for all HACCP documentation, , Ward Stock Ordering, Stock Control.

Ensure that all monthly documentation is completed on time and accurately and given to the Catering, Retail & Hospitality Manager., You will collect, store, cook food and deliver crockery, cutlery, and beverages to ward areas. You will also be responsible for serving Patients Breakfast and Beverages directly whilst the Ward staff serve Lunch and Supper to ensure the correct due diligence is in place the Host/ess will be responsible for clearing all patient food and beverage trays.
