Full Job Description
Record accurately all admissions, transfers and discharges on the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system in a timely fashion, as to ensure patient flow and safety.
You will be required to use EPR to input, retrieve and update patient records daily.
To deal with telephone enquiries and report any complaints/concerns/compliments to the Supervisors and Ward Manager.
Be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining patients notes within the ward.
To arrange outpatient follow up appointments by sending inpatient discharge summaries to the relevant department for patients by using EPR, email and or post.
We are looking for someone with a broad range of experience, a flexible approach to working and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Good organizational skill, good communication skills with staff and patients and the ability to work within a fast-paced multi professional team.

This is a part time role at 18.75 hours a week working on weekends and weekdays during the hours of 0800 - 2000- to be discussed at interview.
