Assists in the delivery of a safe operation within operational areas
Ensure all mobile plant is maintained to manufacturers recommendation
Follow all risk assessments and safe operating procedure that are relevant to the post
Comply with and actively participate in company standards, procedures, environmental and quality systems.
Ensure the baler is operating effectively
Ensure all loads leaving are loaded to maximise weights.
Control traffic flows are managed to ensure a safe operation
Ensure any
Keep all equipment clean and maintained to ensure a safe working environment
Ensure baler hall activities are safe and efficient to maximise productivity

Previous experience operating mobile plant vehicles
Nationally recognised training certificates for operating Mobile plant - Telehandler
High pace output.
Ability to build and maintain strong, cohesive relationships at all levels.
Basic understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
Good organisation skills and the ability to forward plan making best use of time.
