Working hours: Straight shifts, 48 hours a week Working hours ranging with shift starts from 1am -4am What you will do: To lead the section, reporting to the Head of Production, assisting with managing and mentoring a team of up to 8 people. To ensure that all the products are baked and presented to excellent quality Managing food and stock rotation, following our recipes and SOP's in place Organising mise en place, and the team accordingly to the business needs What are we looking for? Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous Previous experience in the same role is essential, within a similar environment Experience in Viennoiserie production, lamination and bread shaping.

We are currently looking for Bakery Sous Chef to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.
