Full Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on bakery production assistant to join our small team, based at Mission Kitchen (New Covent Garden Market, SW8). What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with baking and production across our range (cheesecakes, curry puffs, kuih-muih)
- Portioning, packing, and quality-checking product for wholesale dispatch
- General kitchen prep, cleaning down, and stock rotation
- Working to recipe and food safety (HACCP) standards
Some kitchen/production/bakery experience preferred, but willing to train the right person - Reliable, organised, comfortable working to a schedule with wholesale deadlines, able to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate a plus (or willing to obtain)
