Bakery Assistant - Katsute100 Broadway Market - London

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous baking, pastry or kitchen experience. However, if you have less professional experience but genuinely enjoy baking and have a strong interest in cakes and desserts, we would still be happy to hear from you. The role will include:

• Preparing and baking cakes and desserts
• Preparing ingredients and assisting with daily production
• Cake assembly, decoration and portioning
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
• Supporting the kitchen team with general preparation and daily tasks, Approximately 7:30am-4:30pm, depending on the day's production and business needs.
Job types: Full-time (5 days/week) / Part-time (at least 3 days/week) For part-time applicants, please let us know how many days per week you would ideally like to work and your general availability.


• Previous baking, pastry or kitchen experience is preferred
• An interest in Japanese cakes, desserts and baking
• Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently as well as as part of a small team
• Basic English communication skills
• Availability to work weekends is preferred
