Full Job Description
We are looking for a baker for our 2nd store with experience in high hydration dough (baladi bread) and fermentation to set up baking process and rhythm for fresh daily baking in our 2nd store in London
1. always on time, punctual and good personal hygiene
2. hygiene level 2 certificate and allergen certificate
3. reliable and consistent and knows how to bake breads
4. ambitious with a desire to learn and grow
