Baker - Husk & Honey Granola - London

We're looking for a new baker to join us for immediate start! You'll work alongside our Head Baker (Kat), who'll train you in baking our granola and other cereals. She isn't leaving, but would eventually work different days from you once all trained. Due to the volume of applicants for this role, we will only consider those that send us a direct message of interest. This is a hands-on, hard-working role in a small team where everyone pulls together - and for the right person, there's real scope for the role to grow the role. Typical Hours

• Saturday: 9-2 (no break)
• Wednesday: 10-5 (1 hour unpaid break) and ideally more weekdays in future.
Key Responsibilities
• Bake granola and other cereals according to recipes and release criteria
• Package products to specification
• Clean and wash up
• Adhere to hygiene standards and ingredient stock
  
  3+ years' experience in commercial kitchen environments
• Responsible and reliable
• Flexible and hard-working
• Works well and communicates within a small team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene, Ideal candidates must have previous baking or food production experience, excellent attention to detail, and a positive, hard-working, small-team-oriented attitude. Your flexibility is essential - you may need to occasionally support with tasks such as packing, ingredient stock management, and product photography for Shopify listings.
  
  £13.65 per hour, following successful completion of a 2-month probation period at £13.20/hour
