Baker

Join us as a Baker at Chatsworth Farm Shop and Café, where your expertise will delight customers daily. About the role Your duties will be varied and will include production of baked goods both for direct sale to our customers and for our farm shop café menu. You will produce high-quality baked goods such as loaf cakes, cheesecakes, crumbles, scones and tarts. The role is hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the bakery industry. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 shifts, to include one weekend day. Shifts are typically 8 hours in duration, starting no earlier than 6am and finishing no later than 4.30pm. Flexibility to cover occasional night bread production to meet the needs of the business is desirable.

We need someone with proven commercial baking experience who can deliver excellence consistently. You will also have: Ability to work with initiative and positive with a can-do attitude. Experience in a fast-paced retail bakery environment. Knowledge of relevant food safety and allergen legislation together with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends would be an
