Full Job Description
We are seeking two Bagging Operatives to join our team at the Nottingham site. These are full-time, permanent roles working 12-hour shifts across various patterns to meet business needs.
As a Bagging Operative, your duties will vary according to Company requirements and may include:
+ Loading product into appropriate vehicles
+ Preparing and bagging products ready for despatch
+ Ensuring products meet quality standards and taking samples before distribution
+ Completing paperwork and undertaking general housekeeping
+ Carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required by Management
+ Ability to prioritise workload effectively
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Full valid driving licence (essential)
+ Forklift truck and/or shunter licence (advantageous)
+ Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
+ Flexibility with working hours
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
+ Previous experience in a similar role is desirable; training will be provided where necessary
