Rugby School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Casual Badminton Coach to join our thriving programme. We are proud of our vibrant and successful badminton community and are looking for a coach who can help us build on this momentum. The successful candidate will support the delivery of an inclusive training and competition programme, while also driving growth in individual coaching, squad participation, and new badminton initiatives.


The role is offered on a casual, term-time basis and will involve: Leading school training sessions, supporting Saturday fixtures, delivering 1:1, paired, and small group coaching.


The position is hourly paid, with the rate dependent on qualifications and experience.


Closing date: Friday 19June 2026


Applications will be considered upon receipt, and we reserve the right to make an appointment before the closing date. Therefore, an early application is strongly advised.


The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
