Job DescriptionBack of House Manager - Restaurant AssociatesRestaurant Associates is looking for an organised and proactiveBack of House Managerto oversee the smooth running of our kitchen support operations. You'll lead the back-of-house team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, stock control, food safety, and operational efficiency while supporting the delivery of exceptional hospitality.Key responsibilities:Lead and motivate the back-of-house team.Manage goods-in, stock storage, and inventory control.Ensure excellent cleaning, hygiene, and food safety standards.Oversee waste management and equipment maintenance.Support kitchen and front-of-house teams with daily operations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP procedures.We're looking for someone with:Experience in a busy hospitality or catering environment.Strong leadership and organisational skills.A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.The
