Full Job Description
- Make outbound calls to businesses and decision-makers daily.
- Identify companies that could benefit from ClearRep AI.
- Speak confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Identify reputation problems and understand their commercial impact.
- Qualify prospects and understand their requirements.
- Generate genuine interest in our services.
- Book qualified appointments and opportunities for our sales team.
- Follow up prospects by telephone and email.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
- Record leads, conversations and follow-ups accurately.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
B2B sales/lead gen experience required. - Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Confident, professional telephone manner.
- Ability to make high-volume outbound calls.
The role offers a basic salary of £26,500 with uncapped weekly commissions (OTE £50,000+), and full training on our AI-led platform. Office-based in Cheshire with clear progression opportunities as the company expands.
