About this Role
In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming, inclusive and inspiring library where every learner feels supported to succeed. You'll help learners get the most from our resources, digital platforms and apps, deliver inductions and referencing sessions, and provide friendly, responsive customer service. You'll bring creativity and enthusiasm to displays, activities, events and competitions, while supporting online learning and work experience. You'll also help maintain our library resources, records, Virtual Library and social media, and contribute to wider college events, including open events and enrolment.
About you:
- Experience of working with young people.
- Experience of providing customer service.
- Experience of using digital and online IT platforms.
- Level 3 qualifications (A Level or equivalent) in one or more of the Gloucestershire College curriculum areas.
- English level 2 or equivalent, and a demonstrable good level of written English.
