  • NJC Scale 4a - £27,254- £27,694 (pro-rata)
  • Actual Salary £20,126 rising to £20,451 (Pay award pending)
  • 30 hours a week term-time only

Essential qualities: Calm, patient and flexible; capable of creative thinking; and excited by the prospect of a challenge. If you are dedicated to helping children develop their full potential, we'd love to hear from you! Applications from those who do have experience with working with children, as well as those who do not have experience of working with children, are welcome. About this post: You will be supporting students in class, across a range of subjects and ages. You'll work with 11-16 year olds with a variety of needs. Full training will be given. We pride ourselves on not only developing our students, but also our staff, so you will also receive high quality continuous professional development to help you with this post and any future educational posts. In March 2024 Ofsted said that 'Leaders support staff well. They are mindful of their workload. Staff feel motivated and valued.
