Aztec Bistro Senior Chef

We're seeking an experienced senior chef who thrives in a busy kitchen environment and brings both creativity and strong leadership.Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard of quality and presentation
• Oversee and coordinate all kitchen operations within the Aztec Bistro
• Develop and plan menus with a focus on seasonality and innovation
• Ensure safe working practices in line with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation
• Coach new team members and support ongoing training and development across the kitchen team

The Aztec Bistro is a vibrant, high-traffic venue serving hotel guests, Aztec Club members and locals from morning to evening. As Head Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience, leading a talented team, and ensuring our food offering continues to impress.

Hours & Pay Full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days, including evenings and weekends.
