Full Job Description
Personal Assistant to support young woman to access the community. The direct payment is for 51 hours per week, so will require Various PAS to cover the hours. HU9 area., Further Information: A PA is needed to support a young woman in the HU9 area. The direct payment is for 51 hours per week, that will require various PAS. PAS will need to be able to support with Transfers from bed to Wheelchair to chair, personal care and dress ready for the day, toileting, nutritional, and drink preparation will also be required. The PAS will also be required to support with putting callipers on and taking them off. The role of the PAS will also need to support the daughter making sure a pack lunch is made in a morning and to escort the young girl to school and pick up at the end of school day Social time will be needed to access the community to support the woman and her young daughter Some domestic tasks will also be required. The PAS will need to be flexible as this role will include evenings and weekends, hours can be discussed at interview The ideal PAS will be trustworthy, honest, caring, reliable and able to build strong relationships based on equality and respect. They will also promote independent living and be positive, confident and very supportive.
