Experteer Overview As an AWS WorkSpaces Engineer, you will architect and administer our cloud desktop environment at scale. You'll manage the end-to-end AWS WorkSpaces lifecycle, from deployment to image management, delivering a high-performance, secure workspace while driving cost efficiencies. You will provide Tier 1-3 end-user support and lead Day 1/2 onboarding and optimization. This role sits in the Cloud Infrastructure team and partners across the organization to prevent issues and improve the global WorkSpaces experience. Pay / Benefits

  • Deploy AWS Workspaces in multiple AWS accounts Diagnose and troubleshoot AWS WorkSpaces configuration issues Distinguish between app, OS, network, and hardware problems Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences Collaborate with AWS CloudsOps to evaluate and develop scalable AWS solutions Provide users with technical, operational, and account-related support via phone, email, or in person Attend meetings with stakeholders to ensure requirements and deliverables are on target Evaluate approaches to deliver cost-effective and efficient Amazon WorkSpaces Educate the wider team on best practices and high levels of service Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction Maintain problem-resolution tracking and conduct trend analysis for reporting Tasks AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Deep understanding of AWS Cloud infrastructure at scale Experience administering Windows and Active Directory (AWS hosted AD a plus) Experience creating Windows images and Linux/Ubuntu deployments Ability to review data from Nuvens Workspace Manager or equivalent endpoint management Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines Experience with AWS console and Synchronet Click administration (a plus) Availability for out-of-hours support Key requirements medical, dental, life and disability insurance generous pension 25+ paid holidays per year remote work flexibility Total Rewards wellness and other benefits
