The Awards and Progression Officer will be responsible for supporting the co-ordination of assessments for all SOAS programmes (including UG, PGT and PGR, both on campus and online/flexible learning, and those delivered via partnership and validation arrangements), ensuring the accuracy of all records. The role involves working closely with academic departments, professional services teams, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of assessments. Main responsibilities include: servicing of exam boards, sub boards and panels; production of certificates and transcripts; communications with staff and students; and support during examination periods.
