(£13.18 per hour)Hours:Part-Time Hours; 27.5 hours per weekPlease note, unfortunately we do not offer sponsorships and candidates must have the eligibility to work in the UK.The role:Working in partnership with the team to provide a strengths-based, outcome-focused approach for all individuals.Maintain the dignity, respect and privacy of each individual supported by assisting them with personal care, health and hygiene-related activities, which may involve sport and leisure, cultural and recreational activities including day trips, short breaks or holidays.Assist individuals with communication support tasks, psychological monitoring, or intervention and sensory support tasks.Ensure that the quality of support given meets the identified need m and that all relevant documentation is regularly reviewed, evaluated and amended as necessary.Keep up-to-date and clear and accurate records and support plans/ risk assessments to reflect each individual's requirements.Know, understand and work

Working from our Peldon Campus in Colchester, Essex.The successful Awake Night Support Worker will assist people who are within the autistic spectrum. Providing night-time support, remaining awake, alert and responsive to the people we support. Completing the night-time cleaning rota, laundry and ironing duties and other designated night-time tasks as required.This role is well suited to someone with previous experience working as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant (HCA), or Carer. Caring for Autistic individuals, or those with Learning Disabilities in a healthcare setting.Autism Anglia is dedicated to providing ongoing training and supervision, continuing professional development and support as well as an extensive induction on commencement of employment.Location: Peldon Campus, Church Road, Colchester, C05 7PTSalary: £18,899.23 per annum
