BOC Aviation is seeking a legal professional to proactively manage aircraft leasing, delivery and sale transactions in a dynamic, cross-border environment. You will draft and revise documents, liaise with airlines, lessors, OEMs and counsel, and oversee conditions precedent processes.The role requires 2+ years in aviation law or equivalent, with strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
