Automation Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be our technical expert on the ground, providing crucial support to customers across the UK and Ireland. Working with both legacy and cutting-edge technologies, you'll solve complex challenges and deliver excellence in industrial automation. What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical support for PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Deliver on-site fault-finding and system optimization
• Lead commissioning projects and system improvements
• Participate in project installations from FAT through to completion
• Join our 24/7 standby rota supporting critical customer operations
  
  Degree/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems
• Strong background in low voltage equipment
• Project lifecycle experience
• Understanding of industrial standards and security concepts
