Auditor - Change / Project

As a Senior Auditor, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference to Phoenix by providing assurance and insight which informs the GIA discussion with Management and the Board regarding the effectiveness of the risk, governance and control environment across the Group. Specifically, this role will primarily support assurance over Standard life portfolio of strategic change programmes. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing risk assessment of the business through the execution of audits, provision of insight gained from business interactions and performing validation of Management's action. You will support ad-hoc GIA projects over a variety of areas focusing on GIA's continuous improvement journey. A key part of the role is establishing effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across all 3 Lines of Defence, demonstrating your ability to generate trust, provide insight and be flexible to gain consensus. What are we looking for?

• Experience in risk, control assurance or internal audit within a first- or second-line role
• Working knowledge of change/project management and methodologies is essential

You will ideally be:
• Qualified or working towards an internal audit e.g. IIA OR change/project qualification e.g. Prince 2
