Audit and Performance Lead

The Audit and Performance Lead is responsible for overseeing the audit processes and performance improvement initiatives within our Integrated Urgent Care services, urgent treatment centres and community services. This role is crucial in ensuring that our services meet regulatory standards, improve patient outcomes, and operate efficiently. They will also lead on and drive innovations relating to organisational audit and performance., The successful candidate will work closely with a team of auditors, clinical staff, governance team members, Deputy Medical Director, Director of Clinical Services, the Head of Urgent and Primary Care, staff and other management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance
