Audit Graduate Programme 2027

Some of the world's biggest organisations rely on our audit expertise. From day one, you'll work at the heart of these businesses, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects and industries. You'll help us improve audit quality, use technologies including AI to analyse data and contribute to meaningful work that builds trust in the economy. Alongside your role, you'll study towards a professional accounting qualification, giving you valuable skills and opening up a wide range of future career opportunities.

On this programme, you'll study towards the AAT Levels 3 and 4, plus the Level 7 ACA professional qualification or CA equivalent in Scotland. These qualifications are fully funded by KPMG and are supported by an extensive programme of internal training spanning both personal and professional development.

We offer an annual salary of £25,500 to £28,000, and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days' holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What's more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.

Our firm's hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in our offices or at the sites of the organisations we audit. We trust our people to be where they need to be, with our colleagues working together in person as often as needed. Some travel is likely for audit work, and because its seasonal, you should expect there to be busy times of the year.
