Audiology Marketing Manager

You'll work closely with store partners, retail teams and marketing colleagues to create and deliver campaigns that make a real difference. From supporting new store openings and relocations to developing local marketing plans and community initiatives, you'll be the go-to marketing expert for your region. Alongside this, you'll take ownership of areas of the national trading plan, helping to shape and optimise activity across your division.

We're looking for someone with strong retail marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering effective local marketing activity. You'll bring fresh thinking and a track record of developing innovative campaigns, spotting new opportunities and turning ideas into activity that engages customers and delivers results. You'll be confident working with agencies, presenting ideas, building strong relationships and influencing a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, a flexible approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment are all essential.
