Audiologist

The successful applicant will be expected to provide high quality patient-centred care to patients attending our adult audiology department. The bulk of the work will be adult rehabilitation and supporting ENT clinics. We are happy to accept newly graduated audiologists for this role, and a degree of in-house supervision will be provided if this is the case. The aim will be for the applicant to look towards specialisation as they become more experienced in the basics of adult audiology., On a day-to-day basis, we aid to provide clinicians a variety of clinics wherever possible. Most days, the successful applicants' duties will be split into a session of adult rehabilitation and a session of ENT support., 1. Improving representation at senior levels of staff with disabilities, from black, Asian, and ethnic minorities background, identify as LGBTQ+ and women, through improved recruitment and leadership development
2. Widening access (anchor institution) and employability
3. Improving the experience of staff with disability
4. Improving the EDI literacy and confidence of trust staff through training and development
5. Making equalities mainstream
