Full Job Description
The Audience & CRM Platform Lead, International will own and drive the evolution of the Salesforce Core & Marketing Cloud ecosystem supporting marketing automation and audience engagement across Live Nation's international venues. This role operates at the intersection of product, data and marketing. You will act as the business owner and platform lead, defining how customer data is structured, activated, and scaled across markets. You will lead the deployment of scalable marketing and operational communication frameworks, partnering with engineering teams and agencies to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-performing solutions. You will be responsible for building reusable frameworks, defining data and activation standards, and driving platform governance to ensure CRM operates as a scalable growth engine rather than a campaign execution tool. Working in close partnership with the International CRM team, you will contribute to building a unified CRM Centre of Excellence, establishing shared standards, governance, and a roadmap toward long-term platform convergence across Salesforce and related systems. - Own and lead the evolution of CRM and marketing automation platforms across international business units leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Platform
- Drive platform adoption, enablement and capability uplift across marketing and operational teams
- Own platform roadmap, prioritisation, and governance across international business units and venues
- Define scalable frameworks to enable markets to execute and optimise campaigns
- Define CRM performance frameworks and drive optimisation through data, standardisation, and scalable best practices
- Partner with data and engineering teams to define and optimise data flows, integration patterns, and audience architecture
- Leverage audience data and behavioural insights to inform platform evolution and growth strategies
Proven experience building, evolving or transforming CRM platforms for marketing and operational use cases - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise CRM/mar tech platforms
- Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution (beyond email), segmentation architecture, and CDP/data platforms
- Experience owning platform roadmap, prioritisation, and governance in a multi-market or multi-business unit environment
- Ability to make trade-offs and prioritisation decisions across platform, data, and market needs
- Experience working cross-functionally with data, engineering, and business teams, including managing technical delivery partners and agencies
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform configurations
