• List properties for auction and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Develop strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth and success., Instruct properties for auction and create effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate property valuations, inspections, appraisals, and marketing.
• Advise clients on best practices for successful auction outcomes.
  
  Extensive property sector experience
• Proven ability to win and close business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented; auction experience is not essential.
