Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed administrator to provide general administrative support to the Academy. This is a varied role providing support to the data, attendance and pastoral teams. This role will also provide Reception cover during lunch breaks and absence.
- have proven experience of working in an administration role within an office or educational environment
- have the ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting demands and interruptions
- demonstrate a high level of accuracy in inputting and proof checking, with enhanced attention to detail
- participate fully as an innovative member of the team
Working pattern: Term Time plus INSET days, this role will be part of a Jobshare working Wednesday to Friday (Wednesday &Thursday 8.15am-4.15pm and Friday 8.15am-3.45pm). Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £13,105 Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments Can you contribute to the smooth running of our academy?, - Automatic annual pay increments: Pay progression is not linked to performance and all our staff benefit from automatic pay progression (subject to the maximum salary for the role). Cost of living awards are also reviewed annually.
