Attendance Officer

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting young people? Aureus School are looking for an Attendance Officer to join our established Pastoral team and play a key role in maintaining accurate student attendance records and ensuring every child has the best opportunity to succeed. Your Opportunity Working under the guidance of the Senior Leadership Team, and working closely with the Home School Link Worker; you will be responsible for monitoring and recording attendance data, liaising with families, teachers, the pastoral team and external agencies to promote good attendance and punctuality. This is a fast paced rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach. The successful candidate will be expected to respect the need for confidentiality that exists when working in a school environment and will enjoy the rewards of working within a friendly and co-operative team.
