Full Job Description

  • To ensure student attendance, having an innovative approach to improving & sustaining attendance throughout school
  • Monitor and report on whole-school attendance data, analysing data and trends to identify key areas of concern
  • To work closely with pupils, staff, parents, and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue
  • Craft individualised attendance plans and provide support as appropriate
  • To identify any safeguarding issue in line with the school procedures

    £14,635.16 - £15,952.24 per annum. Term time only, 39 weeks. First year salary will reflect number of working days remaining in holiday year., This is a permanent part time position to work 39 weeks per year
