Full Job Description
Fairfield High School is seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer who will work in a team alongside key staff in school to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with children and families to promote high levels of attendance. The successful candidate will:
- Promote and support high levels of attendance
- Support students in achieving their full academic potential
- Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture
- Form strong relationships with parents/carers You will be considered as part of the wider Pastoral Team.

This post is for 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 Inset Days. Salary is based on NJC points 8 - 12, full time equivalent of £26,824 - £28,598.
