Be the Difference: Join Us as Attendance Assistant and Student Records Manager Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to play a key part in supporting our students' success? At Alder Community High School, we are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team. The core purpose of this role is to provide professional, efficient and effective administration of student attendance and records. You'll be at the heart of our school's daily operations, ensuring accurate management of student attendance and maintaining up-to-date student records. You will also work closely with colleagues and parents, building positive relationships that support our students' progress. In this role, you will:

  • Take responsibility for the professional and efficient administration of student attendance and records.
  • Liaise with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support student attendance and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Play a key part in the daily operations of our busy school office.
  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Is proficient in the use of management information systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Communicates confidently and works well under pressure.
  • Is committed to building positive relationships to support student progress.
