Part-time Attendance Administrator



  • 13 hours per week over 2 days (Thursday and Friday)

  • 8am - 3pm per day (to include 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

  • 39 weeks per year (term time only)

  • NJC SCP 6 - 8 Pro-rata £9,012 - £9,301 depending on experience (FTE £25,989 - £26,823)

  • 39 weeks per year, term time only

  • To start with effect from 1st September 2026


Successful candidates will be invited to attend an interview at the School



An opportunity has arisen to join our busy Admin Team as an Attendance Officer for 2 days per week, to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service for attendance matters, continually improving the service provided for school students, parents/carers and staff.



The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative and office-based experience, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.



Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential.
