Full Job Description
Introduction
Join Aston Keeper, an independent Aston Martin specialist, and start your career as a vehicle technician. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside our experienced team on Aston Martins ranging from cherished classics to the latest modern cars, developing specialist skills in servicing, maintenance, repair and diagnostics.
About the Employer
Aston Keeper is an independent Aston Martin specialist, dedicated to the servicing, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of both classic and modern Aston Martins. Our work ranges from routine servicing and inspections through to complex mechanical repairs, engine work, diagnostics, upgrades and refurbishment.
What makes us different is our personal, pragmatic approach. We are a small team of genuine car enthusiasts who believe in understanding what each individual vehicle actually needs, rather than simply working through a checklist. We combine specialist knowledge, attention to detail and high standards of workmanship with honest advice and a strong focus on customer care.
Working exclusively with Aston Martins also allows us to develop a depth of knowledge and experience that would be difficult to achieve in a general workshop, while the variety of cars we see means no two days are quite the same.
What You'll Do
- Assist with routine vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks
- Carry out vehicle inspections, checks, and basic assessments
- Prepare vehicles for servicing, repairs, and workshop activities
- Remove and refit vehicle components safely and correctly
- Support fault diagnosis and repair work under supervision
- Learn to use workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems effectively
- Follow technical information, repair procedures, and job instructions accurately
- Complete and maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Work closely with experienced technicians within a specialist team
- Gain practical, hands-on experience across a wide variety of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks
- Take on increasing responsibility as skills and confidence develop
- Become actively involved in more complex repair and diagnostic work overtime

There is a genuine opportunity for permanent employment following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
